  • Literature studies: literary theory and criticism, comparative literature, genres, and translation studies.

    Every article is free to read, with no subscriptions or paywalls. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

    Double-blind peer review

    Every submission is reviewed by independent experts. Authors and reviewers do not know each other's identities.

  3. 03

    Crossref DOIs

    Every published article receives a DOI through Crossref, which gives it a permanent, citable link.

  4. 04

    Continuous publication

    Submissions are accepted year-round. Articles appear online as soon as the final version is approved, without waiting for the issue to close.

All three journals are indexed in Google Scholar. APJETPSS and IJPLH are also listed with the National Library of the Philippines.

Conference proceedings.

The International Research Conference on Educational Leadership, Counseling, and Social Sciences (IRCELCSS 2026) published its book of abstracts in three parts, one in each of our journals: 41 abstracts in all. Each part carries its own E-ISSN and DOI and is free to read under CC BY 4.0.
